The Palace 80 suitcase is a rigid piece of hold luggage produced in our trunk and luggage workshop. Contents can be organised with the interior tray. It is the ideal size for practical and elegant travel.
For all orders delivered within the European Union: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
For all orders delivered to the rest of the world: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days.
Please note that for certain products or delivery countries, the delivery time may take up to 14 business days.
For orders with multiple products, your order may be delivered in several shipments with different tracking numbers.
Returns:
All non-personalized products can be returned online within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Personalized products:
The estimated delivery time for personalized products (Stripes and Initials) is 3 to 4 weeks.
Please note that personalized items are hand-painted by our artisans, and some complex personalization (Hulot...) may require additional time of up to 6 weeks to ensure impeccable quality.

Avoid dropping or banging the suitcase which could damage the poplar frame or the beech rods. Avoid banging the jewelled detailing which could leave marks and scratches.
Do not graze or rub the item against rough surfaces.
Avoid contact with water, greasy or oily products, make-up and perfumes.
If the item comes into contact with water, dab it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth that does not pill.
