GOYARD takes your privacy very seriously, and wishes to inform you how GOYARD collects, uses, processes, and discloses your personal data in this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, processing and disclosure, GOYARD has in place a strict security policy, with measures including, but is not limit to the use of firewalls and encryption.

While GOYARD makes good effort to ensure the security of your personal data, you should be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, nor can it be guaranteed that GOYARD’s security measures will prevent unauthorized persons from accessing or obtaining such data.

GOYARD may transfer or permit a transfer outside the jurisdiction where you are located, for any purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. By providing us with your personal data, or using the Website and GOYARD’s services, you consent to the transfer of such data outside your jurisdiction to the extent reasonably necessary to carry out / fulfil the transactions which you engage us in. However, GOYARD will not transfer or permit any of your personal data to be transferred outside of such jurisdiction unless the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws.

In the event of a security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically via any last known relevant email / particulars you have provided to us.

You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use, processing and/or disclosure of your personal data in GOYARD’s possession for the Purposes, by sending an email to rgpd@goyard.com 

However, doing so may mean that GOYARD will no longer be able to continue providing you with some or all of its products or services and/or access to the Website.

You may request access or correction of your personal data collected, used, processed, or disclosed by GOYARD for the Purposes, by sending an email to rgpd@goyard.com.

GOYARD may charge you a reasonable fee for handling and processing your personal data access requests, which will be made known to you prior to the processing of your request.

Where permissible under law, GOYARD may refuse such correction requests if deemed vexatious or unreasonable.

GOYARD only retain your personal data for as long as we are permitted by law or as relevant for the purposes for which such personal data was collected.

GOYARD does not sell its products, provides its services, nor intend to allow access and use of the Website to minors (to be determined based on the applicable law). GOYARD also does not knowingly collect any personal data relating to minors, unless permitted by law.

If you are a minor, you may use and access the Website and services, only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, consenting to the submitting of your personal data to GOYARD.

If GOYARD becomes aware (including through a request by your parent or legal guardian) that your personal data has been inadvertently collected in contravention of the above, GOYARD will take the appropriate steps to cause such information to be deleted except where they must be retained for legal purposes.
