Usage precaution

Do not carry anything excessively heavy, do not use the bag and its strap for any unusual purpose which could alter the materials and the color.
Protect the bag and its strap from damp, extended exposure to artificial & natural light or intense heat.
Remove the strap from the bag when it is not being used to avoid possible marks. 
Handle the strap gently, do not remove it abruptly. 
Avoid dropping or banging the bag which could damage the poplar frame.
Avoid banging the jewelled detailing which could leave marks and scratches.
Do not graze the item against rough surfaces. 
Avoid contact with water, greasy or oily products, make-up and perfumes.
If the item comes into contact with water, dab it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth that does not pill.

Never use any solvents or cleaning products available from shops.
Regularly return your item to our craftsmen for deep cleaning or reconditioning.
Move the cloth all over the item; avoid intensive and repetitive rubbing which may damage the chevrons or the leather.
Keep the bag and its strap in their respective case, separately, away from light, heat and damp when they are not being used.
Fill the interior with tissue paper to keep its shape.
Do not use plastic to store the item.
