Shawl N°1
Made of silk and cashmere, the Shawl N°1 offers a warm and cozy interpretation of our traditional silk scarf N°1. Its generous format (140x140 cm) reimagines our distinctive Chevron pattern typical of the Goyardine canvas by playing with proportions and alternating between dotted chevron and signature chevron. The Shawl N°1 is screen-printed and hand-rolled according to the artisanal standards.

Usage precaution
Avoid prolonged rubbing with the beard to prevent from damaging the textile fiber.
In case of contact with water:
- dab the item with a soft, absorbent cloth that does not pill
- dry the item flat to avoid any change in shape when wet
- air dry the item; do not put it on top of a radiator or near a heat source
- do not use a tumble dryer: there is a risk of shrinkage
Care advice
Store the item untied and flat in a cool, dry area, folded in its original box.
Avoid washing in a washing machine or using any other mechanical process.
Use a specialised professional for the wash and care of your item (for example a dry cleaner who will use the right process).
inspiration
In the 1950s, Maison Goyard introduced clothing to the collection with the first scarf made in our workshops. In 2011, it made a comeback as the N°1 Scarf which sported Goyard’s emblematic chevron fabric in all the Goyardine colours.
